Yes. Unlike most other Web design companies, we believe you should own the rights to the graphics that we create for you. We do, however, reserve the right to use elements of your design in other projects and to display your site on our portfolio page.

Yes. We accept 50% deposit to start. The balance is due when your site is complete. We do not offer any other type of payment plans.

Yes. You must make a simple change the the DNS record to point your domain to our servers.

It is often harder to fix a mess made by another designer than it is to build a new site from scratch. You may, however, be able to use your Domain Name. Please call us if you need assistance with this.

Believe it or not, if your site is properly designed, the search engines will find you. We optimize your site for the keywords you select and submit it to the search engines. Even though search engines are important, most of your traffic is likely to come from your paid ads and reviews. If you really-really want to be on the first page of Google, ask us about setting up a Google Adwords Campaign. There is an additional fee for this service.

You must provide your own text. However, if you need basic corrections, spell check and editing we can help.

No. We incorporate Flash graphics into traditional HTML design. Although they look cool, All-Flash sites can take a long time to load. Customers will likely leave before your site has finished loading. Perhaps equally important, All-Flash sites cannot be seen by search engines like Google and Yahoo!. And really, what good is a site if nobody sees it?

The short answer, yes. The long answer: We will add it if you really want it. However, in our experience, we have found that many people do not like music on Web sites. This is especially true if they are trying to be discreet. What could be more embarrassing than having music unexpectedly playing from your computer while at the office?
